Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of Classic Services Limited (in liquidation) will be held at the offices of Gerry Rea Associates, Seventh Floor, Southern Cross Building, 61 High Street, Auckland, on Friday, the 26th day of September 2003, commencing at 10.00 a.m.

Business

1. Update on the progress of the liquidation.
2. To confirm the appointment of G. S. Rea and P. G. Sargison as liquidators of the company.
3. To consider whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
4. To consider whether to pass resolutions setting out any views of creditors relating to the liquidation.

Creditors may exercise their right to vote by being present in person, by appointing a proxy or by postal vote.

A body corporate may appoint a representative to attend on its behalf without the need for a proxy.

To be effective, the proxy must be received by the liquidators no later than the 24th day of September 2003 at 5.00 p.m.
