Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

On the 13th day of August 2003, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Eating Order NZ Limited be liquidated and that Roderick Thomas McKenzie, of McKenzie & Partners Limited, Chartered Accountants, Palmerston North, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on the 13th day of August 2003 at 3.00 p.m.

The liquidator has fixed the 26th day of September 2003, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
