Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the undersigned fixes the 10th day of February 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the Companies Register the company, under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution.

When the liquidators have completed their duties, they intend to apply to the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from the Register under section 318 (1) (e) of the Act.

Objections to remove the company, under section 328 of the Act, must be made in writing to the Registrar by the 7th day of February 2003.
