Notice of Vesting of Property—Section 324 of the Companies Act 1993—Eaton Electrical Components Limited

I, Dr. Alan Esmond Bollard, Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 29 March 2000, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324 (1) of the Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the removal of Eaton Electrical Components Limited from the Register of Companies on 1 December 1997 pursuant to section 318 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993) with rights as owner of an inter-company group receivable of $1,012,904.00.

Notice of Direction to Require Screening

Pursuant to section 77B (1) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notice is hereby given that I have directed the Aviation Security Service to perform the functions listed in the Schedule hereto, effective from 1 September 2002.

Schedule

  • In accordance with section 77B (1) (a) (i), to screen any person boarding an aircraft with a passenger seating capacity of more than 90 seats, being operated as part of a domestic air service;

  • in accordance with section 77B (1) (a) (ii), to screen any hand carried items to be carried by such aircraft;

  • in accordance with section 77B (1) (b) (i), if necessary, to undertake reasonable searches of any person boarding an aircraft with a passenger seating capacity of more than 90 seats, being operated as part of a domestic air service; and

  • in accordance with section 77B (1) (b) (ii), if necessary, to undertake reasonable searches of any hand carried items to be carried by such aircraft.\n

Traffic Regulations 1976

The Traffic (Buller District) Notice 2002

Pursuant to Regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, and pursuant to an authority sub-delegated to me by the Land Transport Safety Authority of New Zealand dated 9 June 1997, I, Peter Graeme Croft, Manager, Safer Roads, give the following notice.

Notice

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Buller District) Notice 2002.

  2. The roads specified in the Schedule to this notice are declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas, pursuant to Regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

Schedule

Situated within the Buller District at Blacks Point:

State Highway No. 7 (Waipara-Greymouth): From a point 480 metres measured southerly generally along the said State highway from Murray Creek bridge to a point 310 metres measured northerly generally along the said State highway from Murray Creek Bridge.
