Land Transfer Act Notice

I hereby give notice that an application has been lodged by the applicant named below for the issue to it of a certificate of title for the land described below, pursuant to section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952.

Such certificate of title may be issued and existing estates and interests terminated unless caveat forbidding that is lodged with me on or before the 9th day of September 2002.

Application 5262774.1 by Palliser Realties Limited for an estate in fee simple in:

8 square metres, more or less, being part of Section 370, Town of Wellington, being also part of Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit under No. 90650. Such land was part of the land in Deeds Index, Volume 1, folio 370, and formed part of Crown Grant 6908 to John Ellerker Boulcott.

The application land also formed part of the land conveyed under Conveyances 69309 (Deeds Index 35/421) and 74869 (Deeds Index 35/550) (Wellington Land Registration District).

The applicants are registered proprietors of the adjoining land (part Section 371, Town of Wellington), contained in certificate of title WN183/223.

The land is located off Oriental Parade, Wellington.
