Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land
Information New Zealand, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1) and pursuant to an
agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right of
way easement on the terms described in the Third Schedule
is acquired over the lessee’s interest in that part of the
easement land described in the First Schedule to be forever
appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule.
The easement shall vest in the Crown (as the grantee) on the
date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
