Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and vested in Hastings District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Declared Road, and Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—State Highway No. 4, Totarawhakarewarewa, Ruapehu District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), further declares:

(i) Section 4 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title G4/307, subject to mortgage 378620.6 and notice 247539.

(ii) Section 5 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 155/142, subject to mortgage 378620.6 and notice 247539.
