(j) up to three members co-opted by the Telford Rural Polytechnic Council as and when it sees fit.
- The Telford Rural Polytechnic Notice No. 2 1990, dated 19 October 1990 and published in New Zealand Gazette, 25 October 1990, No. 186, page 3998, is hereby revoked, as is the Amendment to Constitution of Council of Telford Rural Polytechnic, dated 24 April 1999 and published in New Zealand Gazette, 6 May 1999, No. 52, page 1243.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998
Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre
Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 28 June 2002, which was granted under those Regulations to Sunny Morley in respect of Bizzikids Mapua (65626), situated at 2 Toru Street, Mapua, Nelson.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
Rangiora New Life School (Attendance Dues) Notice 2002
Pursuant to section 36 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, the Minister of Education hereby gives notice approving the charging of attendance dues at Rangiora New Life School, Rangiora.

This notice shall be cited as Rangiora New Life School (Attendance Dues) Notice 2002.

The proprietor of the above-named school may enter into an agreement with parents or other persons accepting responsibility for the education of a child at the above-named school requiring them to pay attendance dues.

The attendance dues payable in respect of any pupil shall be $888.88 (exclusive of G.S.T.) per annum, per pupil.

Attendance dues received by the proprietor shall be used for the purposes of paying for such improvements to, or for such capital works associated with, the buildings and associated facilities of the above-mentioned integrated school as may be required or approved by the Minister of Education, pursuant to section 40 (2) of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, or for meeting debts, mortgages, liens or other charges associated with any of the land and buildings that constitute the integrated school.
