Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to the Sentencing Act 2002

On 10 July 2002 at the District Court at Tauranga, Fagan Dale Morehu Jacob was convicted of the following offence – dangerous driving – and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a Mazda RX7 motor vehicle, registration No. XE6323 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to the Sentencing Act 2002.

Also, pursuant to section 136 of the Sentencing Act 2002, he must not, within 12 months after the date of this order, acquire any interest in any motor vehicle.
