Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand

Pursuant to Section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that Equant Integration Services Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong and registered as an overseas company under Part XVIII of the Companies Act 1993, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and, not earlier than three months after the date of this notice, will give notice to the Registrar of Companies stating the date on which it will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
