Corrigenda

Restoration of Companies to the Register of Companies

The names of the following companies were returned to the
Register on the 5th day of July 2002:

• New Zealand Native Timber Recyclers Limited
  845804; and
• Ocean & Merchant (1997) Limited
  865756

were removed under section 318 (1) (c) of the Companies
Act 1993.

• Project Construction Limited
  087496; and
• Angus Construction (Wellington) Limited
  230403

were removed under section 336 (3) of the Companies Act
1955 (pre-1 July 1994).

The Registrar believed that no liquidators were acting in
their liquidations.

However, this was incorrect.

The last-named is also in receivership.
