On the 28th day of June 2002, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that The Open Fields Company Limited be liquidated and that Martin Quinton Fine, solicitor of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of June 2002 at 4.00 p.m.

The liquidator fixes the 31st day of July 2002, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
