Further, all rights, obligations and liabilities owing by or to the amalgamating companies will, upon amalgamation, be transferred to the amalgamated company.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of Accent 2002 Limited or any person to whom Accent 2002 Limited is under an obligation at the registered offices of Accent 2002 Limited during normal business hours.
