If two or more copies are ordered, the remittance should cover the cash price and the maximum charge for the total value of purchases as follows:

$12.01 to $30.00 $3.50 p&p
$30.01 and greater $5.50 p&p

Pursuant to section 13 of the Pork Industry Board Act 1997, I give notice that the result of the election of one producer member for Region 2 was as follows:

Colin Sherwen Kay 106 votes

I therefore declare Colin Sherwen Kay duly elected.

Physiotherapists (Fees) Notice 2002

  1. Title and commencement—This notice may be cited as the Physiotherapists (Fees) Notice 2002 and shall come into force on 1 August 2002.

  2. Fees—Pursuant to section 29 (c) of the Physiotherapy Act 1949, the Physiotherapy Board sets the fees levies payable to the Board specified in the Schedule to this notice.
