Declaring Land to be Road, Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated, and Land Severed and Amalgamated—Manawatu District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Manawatu District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second and Third Schedules to this notice to be stopped, and further declares:

(i) the area described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 289/175, subject to mortgage 5074211.3;

(ii) the area described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 36/229, subject to mortgage 236559.3;

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the area described in the Fourth Schedule shall be severance and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 36/229, subject to mortgage 236559.3.

Land Declared Road—State Highway No. 1, Evans Street and Beverley Road, Timaru City

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 1 and shall remain vested in the Crown.
