Land Set Apart for Road and for the Functioning Indirectly of State Highway No. 2 (Alternative Access), and Land Acquired for Road—State Highway No. 2, Fifteenth Avenue, Tauranga District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 52 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is set apart for road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road and State highway and shall remain vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown.

(c) Pursuant to section 52 (1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice is set apart for the functioning indirectly of State Highway No. 2 (alternative access) and shall remain vested in the Crown; on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
