Amendment Notice for School Board of Trustees Mid-term (Staggered) Election Nomination Form

Pursuant to Regulation 18 of the Education (School Trustee Elections) Regulations 2000, the Secretary for Education hereby approves the following amendment notice for nomination forms.

The notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 February 2001, No. 17, page 332, is hereby amended by revoking clause 4 and inserting a new clause 4 as follows:

4. Nomination form for use in mid-term (staggered) parent representative elections.
