TARIFF (STATISTICAL REQUIREMENTS)

AMENDMENT NOTICE (No. 3) 2002

PURSUANT to Section 10 (2) of the Tariff Act 1988, and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Commerce, the Manager, International Issues, Regulatory and Competition Policy Branch of the Ministry of Economic Development gives the following Notice.

NOTICE

Title – This Notice is the Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 3) 2002.
Commencement – This Notice comes into force on 1 July 2002.
Statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended – The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical keys of Tariff items 2905.39.00, 2918.19.00, 2922.49.00 and 2932.29.00, and substituting the statistical keys specified in the First Schedule to this Notice.
