Classification of Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as local purpose (community facilities) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Relations Manager, Southland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Gore District Council on 16 May 2001:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Gore District Council resolves that the land held by the council in fee simple and described in the Schedule be declared to be a recreation reserve.”

Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve and Issue of a Fresh Notice

Under section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notices described subsequently, the Acting Community Relations Manager revokes the notice headed Change of Classification of a Reserve dated 13 September 2001 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 November 2001, No. 155, page 3843, and the corrigendum headed Change of Classification of a Reserve dated 11 December 2001 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 December 2001, No. 170, page 4192, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in their place.

Change of Classification of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Relations Manager, Southland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule from a local purpose reserve (library) to a local purpose reserve (community buildings), subject to the provisions of the Act.
