Land Transfer Act Notice

Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of certificate of title WND4/101 for the order for a new certificate of title for The Paraparaumu Beach Golf Club Incorporated, lodged under 5101926, Land Registration District of Wellington.

Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Notice Under the Animal Products Act 1999

(Notice No. 1227)

Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 29 November 2001 of the Animal Products (Accredited Evaluator Specifications) Notice 2001, which came into force on 3 December 2001.

Copies of this notice may be inspected or obtained at the head office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, ASB Bank House, 101-103 The Terrace (P.O. Box 2526), Wellington.

Animal Remedies Act 1967

Licences Issued and Revoked Under the Animal Remedies Act 1967 (Notice No. 1226; Ag. 154)

Pursuant to section 21 (6) of the Animal Remedies Act 1967, the Registrar of the Animal Remedies Board hereby gives notice that the licences listed in Schedules I, II and III have been issued as follows:

The licences listed in Schedule I are new licences issued.
The licences for remedies listed in Schedule II are new licences issued which have been declared to be Prescription Animal Remedies Class I; and may be administered to an animal only:
- (i) by a veterinary surgeon; or
- (ii) under and in accordance with the authority or prescription of a veterinary surgeon.
And Prescription Animal Remedy II; and may be administered to an animal only:
- (i) by a veterinary surgeon; or
- (ii) in the presence and under the direct control of a veterinary surgeon.
The remedies listed in Schedule III are provisionally licensed subject to the conditions under which trials are to be conducted.

Pursuant to section 28 (3) of the Animal Remedies Act 1967, the Registrar of the Animal Remedies Board hereby gives notice that the licences listed in Schedule IV have been revoked.
