Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993

I, Jeffrey Nicholas Couch, liquidator of Fund Research & Development Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 418 Lake Road, Takapuna, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than the 15th day of February 2002.

Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned applicant, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Dingle Dell Investments Limited, whose registered office is situated at 293 Lincoln Road,

Henderson, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.

Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Auckland by the 22nd day of February 2002 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
