241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the members of South Hornby Nursery & Preschool Trust passed a special resolution winding up the trust and appointed David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne, chartered accountants of Crichton Horne & Associates, Christchurch, as joint and individual liquidators of the trust.
The liquidation commenced on the 8th day of January 2002 at 9.00 a.m.
