A declaration of solvency having been filed with the Registrar of the Companies, Giles Adrian Pearson and James Roland McIvor, chartered accountants of Napier, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Ziebes Engineering Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 11th day of January 2002, the date that the liquidation commenced.

This is a voluntary liquidation of a solvent company and is part of the formal process of winding up the affairs of the company.
