I, The Honourable Dame Silvia Cartwright, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby authorise you,

to publicly read, pursuant to section 18 (3) (b) of the Constitution Act 1986, a Proclamation dissolving the Parliament of New Zealand dated 18 June 2002.
