Published in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 May 2002, No. 48, page 1366, by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting it with the following:

(b) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares that the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is to be acquired for road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

The Second Schedule shall be deleted and submitted with the following:

Road Realignment—Harris Road, Porirua City

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Porirua City Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second and Third Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), declares that:

(i) The areas described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. E3/205.

(ii) The areas described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 22, folio 54.

(iii) The area described in the Fourth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 353, folio 242.

(iv) The area described in the Fifth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 22, folio 57.

(v) The area described in the Sixth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 46C/265.
