Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Properties

In the matter of section 104DD of the Property Law Act
1952, and in the matter of memoranda of mortgage
No. D. 389721.5 (North Auckland Registry) and
A. 422191.3 (Canterbury Registry) (“the mortgages”),
from Tony Boon Huat Heng and AKT Trustee
Company Limited as trustees of The Harimau
Investment Trust (“the mortgagor”) in favour of the
New Zealand Guardian Trust Company Limited
(“the mortgagee”):
