Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall remain vested in the Crown.

Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

(a) The portion of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 118, vested in the Rotorua District Council as local purpose (esplanade) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977; and

(b) The portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 117, amalgamated with the land in certificate of title SA49B/506, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 650999.4.
