Her Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased
to reappoint

one year commencing 12 May 2002; and
Joanna Mary Gordon Perry of Auckland
to be a member of the Securities Commission for a period of
five years commencing 12 May 2002; and to appoint

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998
Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre
Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting
under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 12 April 2002, which
was granted under those Regulations to Diane Geurtjens,
in respect of Jack and Jill Childcare and Education
Centre (Palmerston North) Inc., (52501), situated at
568 Featherston Street, Palmerston North.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its
notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
Supplementary Integration Agreements
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional
Integration Act 1975, notice is given that supplementary
integration agreements have been signed between the
Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen,
acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations,
Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and
the proprietors of the following schools:
Our Lady Star of the Sea School, Sumner.
St Josephβs School, Papanui.
The said supplementary integration agreements were
executed on 27 May 2002.
Copies of the supplementary integration agreements are
available for inspection without charge by any member
of the public at the regional office of the Ministry of
Education, 123 Victoria Street, Christchurch.
