Take notice that Securities Registry Limited (in its capacity as trustee of the Securities Registry (No. 2) Trust), in exercise of the powers reserved to it under the mortgage, has, on the 21st day of May 2002, appointed Dean Bloomfield, of Rotorua, as receiver to take possession of the property known as Tikitere B Block, being part Block XI of the Rotoiti Survey District, being the properties of Shag Lake Farm Limited (formerly known as Tikitere Springs Estate Limited) contained in certificates of title 71A/984, 71A/985, 71A/986 and 71A/987, all South Auckland Registry, and to exercise all or any of the powers in that behalf conferred on a receiver by the mortgage.

The address of the receiver is at Tikitere Springs Estate, 79 Lake Rotokawau Road, Rotorua, New Zealand.

Notice of Election by the Public Trust to Manage Property

In the matter of Part VII of the Public Trust Act 2001, and in the matter of the interest of Café Continental Limited (in liquidation) in certificate of title 5C/657 (Canterbury Registry):

Pursuant to section 101 (1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:

(a) The Café Continental Limited, which went into liquidation in or about 1912, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto.

(b) Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, it being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101 (1) of the above Act.

Schedule

An estate in fee simple containing 314 square metres, part Rural Section 2, certificate of title 5C/657 (Canterbury Registry).
