subject to all interests and encumbrances on C.T. 44A/756,
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand
Gazette.

(b) The portion of road described in the Second
Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with
the land in certificate of title 24B/782 (Wellington Registry)
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand
Gazette.

(c) The portion of road described in the Third Schedule
to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land
in certificate of title 57C/317 (Wellington Registry), and
subject to all interests and encumbrances on C.T. 57C/317,
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand
Gazette.

Amending a Notice—Acquiring Easements Over Land at Waitohi Hill Microwave Station for Telecommunications and Electricity Purposes

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby
amends the notice with the above heading dated 5 February
2002, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of
14 February 2002, No. 14, page 447, by deleting all
references to the

“Telecommunications Act 1987”

and replacing the same with the

“Telecommunications Act 2001”.
