Take notice that D H Nominees Limited was put into liquidation by special resolution of the shareholders at the annual general meeting on the 3rd day of May 2002.

Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on the 3rd day of May 2002 at 4.25 p.m.

Notice is hereby given that Colin Wesley Glass and Howard James Paterson, directors, the persons authorised by the above-named companies to do so, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal from the Register of the companies.
