I, Andrew Marchel Oorschot, hereby give notice that, for the purpose of winding up a solvent non-trading company and pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, I was appointed as liquidator of Waddell Construction Limited with effect from the 13th day of May 2002 at 9.45 a.m.

The directors have resolved that the company was solvent prior to my appointment and therefore, pursuant to section 243 (8), no creditors’ meeting is required to be called.
