TARIFF (STATISTICAL REQUIREMENTS)

AMENDMENT NOTICE (No. 2) 2002

PURSUANT to Section 10 (2) of the Tariff Act 1988, and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Commerce,
the Manager, International Issues, Regulatory and Competition Policy Branch of the Ministry of Economic Development gives
the following Notice.

NOTICE

Title – This Notice is the Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2002.
Commencement – This Notice comes into force on 1 June 2002.
Statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended – The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical keys of
Tariff items 6806.90.00, 8467.11.00, and 9504.30.00, and substituting the statistical keys specified in the First Schedule
to this Notice.
Certain statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended – The Tariff is hereby further amended by revoking the
statistical keys represented by the Tariff items and codes 0601.10.00 19B, and 0603.10.00 78D, and substituting the
statistical keys specified in the Second Schedule to this Notice.
