Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a sports and recreation complex, to be known as Nga Mahi a Rehia Sports & Recreation Complex for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngatirehia hapu.

Part of the land situated in Block III, Kerikeri Survey District and described as follows:

2.4000 Part of the land known as Te Tii Tapuaetahi, Lot 2, Deposited Plan 176907, being part of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 112A, folio 909 (North Auckland Land Registry).
