Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Hamilton City Council (excluding mineral interests reserved by sections 10 and 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991).

Road Realignment—Puketawai Road, Otorohanga District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice (excluding mineral interests where shown) is hereby acquired for road and vested in the Otorohanga District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Otorohanga District Council.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 60A/344.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 59D/580.

(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portion of road described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 7B/700, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 062935.3.

(f) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portions of road described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 15A/518, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 486755.2.

(g) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portion of road described in the Seventh Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1028, folio 254, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 355248.5.

(h) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portions of road described in the Eighth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title,

Volume 991, folio 71, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 493308.3.

(i) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Ninth Schedule to this notice to be taken and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1028, folio 254, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 355248.5.
