14 January 2002, against Jackie Andre Timothy

Buchanan, Acting Secretary of Labour, hereby give notice of the qualifications and experience required to hold a certificate of
competence listed in Regulation 16 of the Health and Safety in Employment (Mining Administration) Regulations 1996.

Notice

Throughout this notice reference to:

the “secretary” shall mean the Secretary of Labour.

the “regulations” shall mean the Health and Safety in Employment (Mining Administration) Regulations 1996.

“unit standard” means a unit standard registered on the National Qualifications Framework established under section
253 (1) (c) of the Education Act 1989.
