The Companies Act 1993

On the 3rd day of December 2001, it was resolved by
special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies
Act 1993, that Rosmoc Holdings Limited be liquidated and
that John Francis Pak, chartered accountant of Hamilton, be
appointed as liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 3rd day of December
2001 at 8.00 a.m.
