Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator of the
East Coast Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation revokes the reservation as a reserve for the
improvement and protection of the Tukituki River over
the land described in the Schedule.

Notice of Deed Granted to Telecom New Zealand Limited
Pursuant to section 23 (1) (c) of the State-Owned Enterprises
Act 1986, we, The Honourable Dr Michael Cullen, Minister
of Finance, and The Honourable Mark Burton, Minister for
State-Owned Enterprises, hereby give notice that we granted
an easement for right of way and rights to convey water and
electricity in favour of Telecom New Zealand Limited under
a deed dated 9 May 2002.\n

Declaration That Land is a Reserve and Classification of Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, and in exercise of the powers
conferred on it by delegation, the South Wairarapa District
Council notifies the following resolution passed by the
council on 24 April 2002:
“That under section 14 of the Act, the South Wairarapa
District Council resolves to declare that the land held in
fee simple by the council below, to be the land held
in fee simple by the council and described in the
Schedule below to be recreation reserve, subject to
section 17 of the Act.”

895 square metres in total, more or less, being Lot 2,
D.P. 80203, in certificate of title 46D/975.

Notice Excluding Land From a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (5) (a) of Te Ture Whenua Māori
Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court
to exclude areas from the Māori reservation created by
virtue of a notice in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 June 1990,
No. 90, page 2007, the area described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby excluded from the said Māori reservation.
