Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981,
and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand,
declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby set apart for a teacher’s residence and shall remain
vested in the Crown from the date of publication of this
notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

1265 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 32996,
being all of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume
876, folio 17.

Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3) of the Public
Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for
Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information
New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the
Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with
the land contained in certificate of title 30A/502 on the date
of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—State Highway No. 6, Paringa Bridge, Westland District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land
Information New Zealand, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the
First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to
section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms
part of State Highway No. 6 and shall vest in the Crown on
the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 20, that, pursuant to an
agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land
described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired
for use in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 (3) (b), the
portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this
notice to be stopped and shall form part of the bed of the
Paringa River subject to section 7 of the Conservation Act
1987.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 (6), the portions
of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be
stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3):

(i) Section 5 to be amalgamated with pastoral lease
in register book 1C/1066, subject to mortgage 9323102.
