Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

On the 24th day of April 2002, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that, as the company had ceased trading, DMP Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Roderick T. McKenzie, of Palmerston North, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of April 2002 at 9.10 a.m.

The liquidator has fixed Friday, the 7th day of June 2002, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
