Amending a Notice Realigning a Road—State Highway No. 5, Tumunui, Rotorua District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to
a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald
Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby
amends the notice dated 15 March 2002, realigning a road,
published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 March 2002,
No. 30, page 810, by deleting the road to be stopped
fourthly described in the Second Schedule and adding the
following description to the Third Schedule:

Road Realignment—State Highway No. 73, Craigieburn Stream, Selwyn District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair
Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which,
pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act
1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 73 and shall vest
in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the
New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 (7), declares the
portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this
notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land
in G.N. 361348.2.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the severance
described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken
and shall be amalgamated with the land in G.N. 361348.2.
