The section of State Highway No. 6 at Frankton, from a point (Route Position 983/11.55) measured 370 metres in an easterly direction from its junction with Frankton Road (State Highway No. 6A) to a point (Route Position 996/0.15) measured 150 metres in a southerly direction from its junction with Frankton Road (State Highway No. 6A); a distance of 520 metres.

  2. The Section of State Highway No. 6A at Frankton, from the start of the State highway (Reference Station 0) at its junction with Kawarau Road (State Highway No. 6) to a point (Route Position 0/1.32) measured 150 metres in a westerly direction from its junction with Marina Drive; a distance of 1.32 kilometres.

(c) At Pukerau, from a point (Route Position 842/2.03) measured 400 metres east of its junction with Kaiwera Road to a point (Route Position 842/3.37) measured 50 metres west of its junction with West Street; a distance of 1.34 kilometres.

(d) At Woodlands in Southland, from a point (Route Position 902/3.33) measured 30 metres north-east of its junction with Grove Bush/Woodlands Road to a point (Route Position 902/3.94) measured 30 metres south-west of its junction with Woodlands Cemetery Road; a distance of 610 metres.

(b) At Athol, from a point (Route Position 1061/2.97) measured 30 metres east of its junction with Albion Street to a point (Route Position 1061/3.79) measured 370 metres west of its junction with Clyde Street; a distance of 820 metres.

(c) At Invercargill, from a point (Route Position 1168/0.90) measured 580 metres north of its junction with Moore Road, to a point (Route Position 1168/2.49) measured 200 metres north of its junction with West Plains Road; a distance of 1.59 kilometres.

  1. The section of State Highway No. 6A that is between Frankton and Queenstown from a point (Route Position 0/1.32) measured 150 metres in a westerly direction from its junction with Marina Drive to a point (Route Position 0/4.89) measured 660 metres in an easterly direction from its junction with Suburb Street; a distance of 3.57 kilometres.

  2. The section of State Highway No. 8 that is:

(a) At Tarras, from a point (Route Position 247/17.36) measured 140 metres north-east of its junction with Munroes Lane to a point (Route Position 247/17.84) measured 40 metres south-west of its junction with Jolly Road; a distance of 480 metres.

(b) At Roxburgh, from a point (Route Position 365/0.87) measured 870 metres south of Slaughterhouse Creek Bridge to a point (Route Position 365/1.97) measured 20 metres north of its junction with Edinburgh Street; a distance of 1.1 kilometres.

(c) At Roxburgh, from a point (Route Position 365/3.86) measured 140 metres south of its junction with Smith Street to a point (Route Position 370/0.01) measured 1140 metres south of its junction with Smith Street; a distance of 1 kilometre.

(b) At Dunedin, from a point (Route Position 0/5.30) measured 310 metres east of its junction with Jessie Street to a point (Route Position 0/7.70) measured 30 metres north of its junction with St Leonards Drive (adjunct to Ruru Avenue); a distance of 2.40 kilometres.

(c) At Port Chalmers, from a point (Route Position 8/1.93) measured 190 metres west of its junction with Shandon Road to a point (Route Position 8/3.91) measured 50 metres south-west of its junction with Wickliffe Terrace; a distance of 1.98 kilometres.

This bylaw was made by resolution passed by the Transit New Zealand Authority at a meeting held in Wellington on the 5th day of April 2002.
