George Richard Holden, of Invercargill, has been fined seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750) and ordered to pay costs of one thousand dollars ($1000). The fine and costs were to be paid by Friday, 21 December 2001.

Peter Nicholas Logan, of Tauranga, has had his registration restricted for a period of 18 months from 4 May 2001. The restriction is that Peter Nicholas Logan must forward all copies of all certificates of compliances completed for prescribed electrical work carried out to the Registrar within 30 days of the completion of that electrical work. Peter Nicholas Logan was also ordered to pay costs of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750). The costs were to be paid by Tuesday, 19 June 2001.

Dennis Edward Skinner, of Lower Hutt, has been fined five hundred dollars ($500) and ordered to pay costs of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750). The costs were to be paid by Monday, 8 April 2002.

Reopening of Heads Road Cemetery Order

I, Graeme Richard Gillespie, Manager, Public Health Programmes, Ministry of Health, acting under delegation from the Minister of Health, on the application of the Wanganui District Council, and being satisfied that the provisions of section 45A (1) of the Burial and Cremation Act have been met, hereby make the following order:

The Heads Road Cemetery, Wanganui, shall be reopened on and from 26 April 2002, subject to the following condition:

The cemetery is reopened for the burial of the dead who are descendants of persons buried in the cemetery, provided that there is sufficient room to accommodate the extra burial within the existing plot.
