Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

The Companies Act 1993

On the 28th day of March 2002 at 10.00 a.m., it was
resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the
Companies Act 1993, that Walton Oaks Limited be
liquidated and that Kenneth Peter Brown and Sheree Ann
Hart, chartered accountants of Te Puke, be appointed as
joint and several liquidators for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of March 2002
at 10.00 a.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned and Sheree Ann
Hart, joint and several liquidators of the above-named
company which is being liquidated, hereby fix the 30th day
of April 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of
the company are to make their claims and to establish any
priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the
Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit
of any distribution made before their claims are made or
excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the
priority of their claim is established.

The directors have resolved that the company will be able to
pay its debts.

Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a
copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of
Companies.
