Road Stopped and Amalgamated, and Set Apart—
Moonshine Road, Porirua City
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the First, Second and Third Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), declares that:
(i) the areas described in the First Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 56B/771; and
(ii) the areas described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 56B/770.
(b) Pursuant to section 52, declares the portions of stopped road described in the Third Schedule to be set apart for a local purpose esplanade reserve and shall remain vested in the Porirua City Council.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and vested in the Nelson City Council;
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and vested in the Nelson City Council; on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is set apart for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 1 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
