Films, Videos, and Publications Classification Act 1993

Interim Restriction Order

Pursuant to section 50 (1) of the Films, Videos, and Publications Classification Act 1993, the President of the Film and Literature Board of Review hereby makes the following interim restriction order:

An interim restriction order is made in respect of the showing of the video or film Visitor Q until the Film and Literature Board of Review has had the opportunity to review the decision of the Classification Office in respect of the classification of the publication.

Pursuant to section 51 of the Films, Videos, and Publications Classification Act 1993, this order shall remain in force only until the board reviews the publication or one of the factors in section 51 (2) of the Act is activated.
