Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 14 September 2001 which was granted under those Regulations to Louise Linden, in respect of Children’s Garden (20297), situated at 64 Hauraki Road, Sandy Bay, Waiheke Island.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
