Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road
—Transit New Zealand Regions 3 and 4, Hamilton
It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 6 March 2002 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares those parts of State highway described in the Schedule hereto and as more particularly shown on Plans LA20/21/3, LA21/79/1, LR/160, LA23/122/1 and LA23/122/2 held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Hamilton, and there available for public inspection, to be limited access road.
Schedule
State Highway No. 1 at Taupo, commencing at Blake Road and proceeding generally in a southerly direction to the north abutment of the Tauranga/Taupo Bridge (Route Position 617/10.38 to Route Position 639/14.04); a distance of 24.25 kilometres.
State Highway No. 25 at Coromandel, commencing at Te Kouma Road and proceeding generally in a northerly direction to Tiki Road (Route Position 72/5.76 to Route Position 72/11.57); a distance of 5.81 kilometres.
State Highway No. 26 at Paeroa, commencing at the Komata River Bridge and proceeding generally in a north north-westerly direction to the Hikutaia River Bridge (Route Position 70/4.428 to Route Position 80/0.00); a distance of 5.84 kilometres.
State Highway No. 30 at Rotorua, commencing at the South Waikato/Rotorua District boundary and proceeding generally in a north-easterly direction to the Rotorua Gun Club (Route Position 115/0.00 to Route Position 131/9.75); a distance of 24.93 kilometres.

Pursuant to section 21 of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Māori Development hereby gives notice as follows.

This notice may be cited as Māori Land Development Notice, Wanganui 2002, No. 1.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part II of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
