Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator of the East Coast Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Napier City Council on 9 August 2000:

“That pursuant to section 14 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, council resolves that the land described in the Schedule be declared recreation reserve.”
