appoint

a temporary Judge of the High Court for a term of
12 months commencing on 29 March 2002.

Pursuant to section 78N (3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the board of Tokirima School and appoint
Robert Carter as commissioner to the school.

All functions, powers and duties of the board of Tokirima
School are to be vested in the commissioner.

This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication
of this notice.

Fisheries (Northland Scallop Total Allowable Catch) Notice 2002 (No. F 217)

Pursuant to section 13 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the
Minister of Fisheries, after having regard to the matters
specified in that section, makes the following notice.

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be
    cited as the Fisheries (Northland Scallop Total Allowable
    Catch) Notice 2002.

(2) This notice comes into force on 1 April 2002.

  1. Northland Scallop Fishery defined—(1) The
    Northland Scallop Fishery quota management area (SCA1)
    has the meaning given to it in section 2 (1) of the Fisheries
    Act 1996.

  2. Total allowable catch for Northland scallops—The
    total allowable catch for Northland scallops is 75.000 tonnes
    meatweight.
